cakos There is SO MUCH going on on this record. Mind boggling. Its better to describe what you WON'T hear on Theatrum Tragoedia: and it's definitely not a lame musicianship Favorite track: Sisyphus.
cutnburn
cutnburn thumbnail
cutnburn crazy blend of all things metal: groovy riffs, gutturals, hair metal solos, break downs, NWOBHM vocal screams, prog bass lines, atmospheric weird noises and a lot of other stuff that pops out with every new listen and you just can't get used to it. Also this artwork really gives a sense of a theatrical play. Favorite track: Human Condition.
Riffmaster General

Riffmaster General fuck! this is a true schizophrenic metal extravaganza, but in a good way. So many metal genres blended in one record so it makes you re listen it again and again and find something new each time. As happened to me big time
Killdozer88

Killdozer88 Amazing style diversity. Some early Korn nu metal vibes here, some death metal there, filled with massive groovy riffs and soulful vocals ranging from deep growls to screams and shrieks a la Robert Plant. Favorite track: Sisyphus.
Сats and Metal Media
Сats and Metal Media thumbnail
Сats and Metal Media This record is something absolutely unique in its nature. The genre and vocal ranges are insane: from gutturals to high pitch soprano bursts, from low key groove metal riffing to atmospheric chord progressions with fusion vibes. All perfectly balanced despite this kinda desperate attempt to combine the elements that are impossible to put together. My endless respect to musical genius of this one man band. Off my hat!

Autothysis 05:22
Their economic crisis Demands your autothysis— The media conditioned you, now you can’t fucking fight this... A chemical conscription, Social cannibalism; The entrails of democracy strewn upon piles of children... Together we fall To the pandemic politics— Monopolize division, Let derision drive the optics. Together we fall To the pandemic politics— Mandatory martyrdom; Your hero is their hostage. They push the false dichotomy— Security or liberty, Then compromise the food supply To drain you of humanity. The thrones of the world powers, Corrupted cellular towers; It’s time to rise up and revolt— This is the zero hour... Dehumanizing, politicizing— You lie in state while the body count is rising. An IED and an envelope of ricin, Chewing through the hands of the titans... OH! Empathy is dead, Now we pay the price... Suffocating, [Artificial respirating] Isolating, [Politicians debating] No one by your side... For my family, for my dignity, I defy... I defy the pandemic politics— Monopolize division, Let derision drive the optics. Together we fall To the pandemic politics— Mandatory martyrdom; Your hero is their hostage... Together we fall To the pandemic politics— Monopolize division, Let derision drive the optics. Together we fall To the pandemic politics— Mandatory martyrdom; Your hero— Your hero is a hostage... But there’s still time to stop this!

The form becomes formless, The artist forlorn; A vision of love But the family was torn. In chemical euphoria The artist confides, But the colors have faded; An eternity denied. With dilated eyes And a sertraline smile, He’s learning to accept now His world of denial. So say goodbye One last time; The canvas is bare And he’s painting farewell— In blood! Sorrow on the palette, The artist heeds the call; Abstract expressions of a tragedy to befall... Remorse in the barrel, Release in the sprawl; There’s nothing left of him but blood on the bedroom wall... With dilated eyes And a sertraline smile, He’s learning to accept now His world of denial. So say goodbye One last time; The canvas is bare And he’s painting farewell— In blood! There’s nothing but blood!

A declaration of ascendancy; A soul to reign over mortality. The throes of love’s demise, Flaws of our ossein ties; The final sin becomes my holy solitude. The human condition Soiled by the stains of biology. The frothing amygdalae, An overdose of humanity… The human condition, The burden of emotion; I’m crying out – Won’t somebody please help me? There is no cowardice in suicide; The realization of our terminal birthright. Perhaps a deity could extricate this soul beyond. We take a bow – the curtain’s drawn, The flesh may bleed, but the soul is gone There is no human condition, no fucking humanity! Only a web of sinuous tissue which binds us to this futile reality… The human condition Soiled by the stains of biology. The frothing amygdalae, An overdose of humanity… The human condition, The burden of emotion; I’m crying out – Won’t somebody please help me?

Staring through their hollow eyes, Family gathered beside; Blame was visceral in their cries, As we said goodbye... Acceptance pierced the heart of grief In an inane state of disbelief; And though your heart was always free, I felt the chains tethered to me. How can four walls separate two hearts? How can I heal? How can I rehabilitate when I’m forever haunted by... 72— They took me away from you... 72— They took me away... I watched the crow fly home In a hollow sky once gleaming with faith, No solace, No escape... A chasm of mortality; A sentence served solitary. A temporal cell, A portal to my personal hell... Claustrophobic conditioning, A new age lobotomy; Panopticon isolation Manipulates the biology. 72— They took me away from you... 72— They took me away... I watched the crow fly home In a hollow sky once gleaming with faith, No— No— No!!!

A chemical religion; Subliminal idolatry. A free-will excision; Manipulate our biology. Unstable growth Threatens their wealth, Control the system; The population controls itself!. The puppet strings erode, Behold the genocide solution; A holocaust unfolds inside our public institutions. A populous sedated, Silicon indoctrinated; Malignant trauma seeps from septic wombs. An innocence infested, Genetic bloodlust manifested; Trauma exhumed from serotonin tombs. (Are you ready?!) Mass extermination! (Are you ready?!) Of our generation! The course is set, Justice denied; Angels ablaze As they fall from the skies. Our core collapsed, Our star has died; No one survives! Another child effigy, Razed by our society; Scorched upon a final act of wrath. A headstone crushed to gravel, Desecrated by the gavel; The sentence is a caustic epitaph. (Are you ready?!) Mass extermination! (Are you ready?!) Of our generation! [Mass extermination of our generation] Mass extermination; Control the population! Mass extermination; There is no salvation! The course is set, Justice denied; Angels ablaze As they fall from the skies. Our core collapsed, Our star has died; No one survives! The course is set, Justice denied; Angels ablaze As they fall from the skies. Our core collapsed, Our star has died. No one survives...

Sisyphus 04:59
When the scars align, When the courts adjourn; Just remember— You got what you fucking deserved! Carnal betrayal Shapes my perception; The sickness unto death, The human infection... Promises woven, And ripped from the flesh; An innocence immured, Faith gasping for breath. The show is about to begin; The cycle repeats within... Bene vinisti ad theatrum tragoedia Nunquam et abierunt Acta deos numquam mortalia fallunt Mortality, A malady, A sense of finality; Closure draws closer But farther away from Reality. Inevitable eventuality, Evolving in form But retaining The primal animality, Bereft of morality, Our sentence is life In a society built upon brutality, Devoid of divinity, No sinners, no saints; So go grab your stone And put on the restraints... The show draws to an end Only to repeat again... Amen.

There was a crimson light That fell upon me As angels cast their blood In tears of mercy. A fleeting glimpse of pain, The mighty hero slain; And now the world itself Must shed this sin... The haunting cries of faith By night fall silent As oceans crash upon The heels of tyrants. The matriarch inane, She weeps the last refrain, As death itself arrives to let her in. The end has come, Nowhere to run; Consumed by fire In this holocaust of souls. The end has come, Nowhere to run; In the serenity of death I shall cleanse my soul. There was a woman lost Within her sorrow The corpse she cradled Lost unto tomorrow. The widow spoke his name, It pierced the falling rain; As death itself departs, We have nowhere to run... I am alone. Mortality holds no solace. And as the earth dies, We as diamonds return to coal. We all return to coal... The end has come, Nowhere to run; Consumed by fire In this holocaust of souls. The end has come, Nowhere to run; In the serenity of death I shall cleanse my soul. Nowhere to run... Release your soul...
